Liberty Petroleum Corporation (LPC) specializes in acquiring high impact offshore exploration licenses globally. Over the past 13 years Liberty and its Petro Quest affiliates have acquired four high impact African exploration licenses. The blocks, located in offshore Somalia, Seychelles, and Liberia, represent exploration exposure to over 20 billion barrels of prospective resource.
